Design adjustments

Several design adjustments have been made to improve the overall user experience in the portal.

ADIB workflow

Various adjustments have been implemented in the portal to better use, control and display ADIB workflows in a clear and structured way.

Show product in tree view

In the grid view, you can now right-click on a product to jump directly to the corresponding product in the tree view.

Asterisk-separated full-text search

In the top full-text search, you can now use an asterisk as a separator to find products that contain all of the words/numbers separated by the asterisk – regardless of the order in which they appear in the product.

Single-Sheet Export option

In the download dialog, there is now an option that allows you to export the selected products, including their sub-tables (if available), into the main sheet of the Excel file. When using this option, no separate sheets are created for sub-tables anymore.

Field validation

Product fields can now be configured with validation rules. For example, you can define the maximum number of characters, whether special characters are allowed, or whether a field is mandatory. Validation is applied as soon as a product is edited. Existing invalid values do not block saving, but they are highlighted in orange both in the corresponding tab and at field level. Once a field is edited, it turns red if the validation is not fulfilled, or green if all requirements are met.

Search with no results

Searches with no results can now be easily reset.

BUG FIXES

Creating a product from the tree view

Several issues when creating a product directly from the tree view have been fixed.

Comma-separated full-text search

The comma-separated full-text search has been fixed and now works as expected again. When two values are separated by a comma, all products that contain at least one of these values are returned.
